The Istrabenz Holding Company – the parent company of the Istrabenz Group – is responsible for strategic asset management and supervision of the Group members.
It operates in selected investment areas and has set itself the following goals: to fulfil the interests of shareholders with long-term growth in the assets of the Holding Company and to ensure the long-term expansion and development of the activities of the subsidiaries.
The core business activity of the Holding Company is asset management. It has evolved into a strategic holding and has actively been developing investments in the divisions of the Istrabenz Group.
