The Istrabenz Holding Company invests in certain strategic activities and a large proportion of assets in portfolio investments.

The strategic investments of the Istrabenz Group include the Energy, Tourism, Information Technologies and Other Investments Business Areas.

Portfolio investments comprise assets invested in securities. By dispersing these investments the Company reduces the risk and increases the return. Shares and bonds in Slovenia account for part of the portfolio.

Liquid investments are dispersed in shares and bonds and other financial instruments with the aim of boosting investment value and maintaining liquidity. Major liquid investments include bonds issued by Slovenian banks. They are characterised by a good return and low risk.

Investments in shares comprise quoted shares.
