Istrabenz Holding Company d.d. (Plc) herewith informs all interested parties that in relation to the compulsory settlement procedure against the debtor Istrabenz Holding Company d.d. (Plc) Koper the District Court in Koper adopted and published on 21 January 2010 the “Resolution confirming compulsory settlement”. The compulsory settlement was supported by 74.79-percent of all creditors with voting rights.
