Holding Company Istrabenz d.d. (Plc.) hereby informs the interested public that in cooperation with an investment consultant, namely the French bank BNP Paribas (which has been authorised by the company to implement the procedures required for an eventual sale of interest held by Istrabenz d.d. in the company Droga Kolinska d.d.), Istrabenz d.d. has started to inquire the value that Droga Kolinska d.d. has on the market. During the next days and on the basis of a previously signed confidentiality agreement, the investment consultant will sent to all interested Slovene and foreign investors an Information Memorandum about Droga Kolinska d.d., to serve – together with all other available public information about Droga Kolinska d.d. – as basis to all potential bidders for the elaboration of an non-binding offer.

All interested investors will have the possibility to submit their non-binding offers (bids) approximately by the end of April. The Holding Company Istrabenz d.d. will decide whether to begin with the selling procedures of Droga Kolinska d.d. on the basis of received non-binding offers.
