On the basis of the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the valid legislation, the company ISTRABENZ, d.d. (Plc.), Koper is publishing the following notification:

The Istrabenz Holding Company d.d. (Plc.) hereby informs the interested public that in line with the financial reorganisation program, the Company will launch a public tender for the selection of an adviser in the disposal process of its stake in the company Instalacija, d.o.o. The tender will be submitted to reputable Slovenian and foreign companies involved in financial advising, boasting international experience. The interested advisory companies will have the possibility to submit their offers (i.e. bids) approximately by the end of May.

The Istrabenz Holding Company will continue to inform the interested public about all relevant information regularly and in a timely manner through the electronic information system SEOnet of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

This announcement will be published also on the Company’s website www.istrabenz.si as of May 12th 2010, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
