On the basis of the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the valid legislation, the company ISTRABENZ, d.d. (Plc.), Koper is publishing the following notification:
Istrabenz Holding Company d.d. (Plc.) hereby informs the interested public that based on the bids submitted in line with the public tender for the selection of company's financial advisor in the disposal process of its stake in the company Instalacija, the Vienna based company UniCredit Bank Austria AG d.o.o. was selected by Istrabenz Holding Company d.d. (Plc.) as company's financial advisor in the above-stated disposal process.
The invitation to submit the bids as part of the selection process of a financial advisor, circulated to 25 addressees, was responded to by five companies. In the continuation of the selection process which included several detailed presentations and bid analyses, the bid submitted by UniCredit Bank Austria AG from Vienna was selected.
In cooperation with its financial advisor and in line with the asserted disposal process standards, Istrabenz Holding Company d.d. (Plc.) will begin to implement the procedures of the process aimed at selling its 51% stake held in the company Instalacija d.o.o. in the next days.
Istrabenz Holding Company will continue to inform the interested public about all relevant information regularly and in a timely manner through the electronic information system SEOnet of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
This announcement will be published also on the Company’s website www.istrabenz.si as of July 29th 2010, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
