Every year the companies of the Istrabenz Group invest a proportion of their assets in the environment in the form of sponsored funds and donations. Thus, we aim to help create a balance in society and to further develop the environment in which we operate.

We are aware of the fact that co-operation and a positive attitude to the environment are some of the key factors of the development and successful performance of any modern company.

The sponsorship policy of the Istrabenz Holding Company and the Istrabenz Group provides for investments in local, national and international environments. The quantity of funds and the method of their allocation differ between activities and companies, depending on the nature of the activity and manner of operations.

The companies making more active interventions in the local environment make bigger investments in the local community, while those with operations spread all over the country or abroad earmark more funds for national or foreign projects.

Funds are allocated differently and this also depends on the type of sponsorship or donation. The companies donate a significant share of sponsored funds to sports. Considerable amounts are invested every year in culture and education, while special emphasis is given to health care, social projects and humanitarian purposes. Further, the numerous projects involving the local community should be noted.
