The parent company of the Business Area is Istrabenz Turizem with its registered office in Portorož. It holds a majority stake in the following subsidiaries: Turizem Kras and Turistična družba Kras in Slovenia, Grand Hotel Adriatic, Opatija in Croatia and Thai Si s.r.l., Treviso, in Italy.
The Business Area also includes Istrabenz hoteli Portorož, which owns the Palace Hotel.
The international LifeClass hotel chain is developing within the scope of the Tourism Business Area. LifeClass offers hotel, catering, wellness and congress services, as well as an extensive high quality complementary range.
